Liked: That it was close to the venue
Disliked: One of the beds was broken, the room smelled like cigarettes, the room wasn't ready by the time we arrived ( we arrived 30 minutes after the check-in time 3:00 pm) we needed to get ready for the concert and the room wasn't ready, the lady at the lobby told us to get ready on the bathroom by the lobby, we said no and had to get ready as the staff was cleaning the room

Run As Fast As You...

Liked: NOT ONE THING. THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER. IT'S FILTHY FROM THE PARKING LOT TO THE BROKEN DOWN ELEVATOR, STAIRWELLS, CORRIDORS AND INSIDE THE ROOM ITSELF. THIS "HOTEL" IS IN SERIOUS NEED OF A COMPLETE TEARDOWN. THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING, OUTDATED AND QUITE FRANKLY, HORRIFYING. INSIDE THE BATHROOM, THE TOILET PAPER ROLL WAS ON THE DIRTY FLOOR AS THERE WAS NO TP HOLDER TO BE FOUND. THE HOLES FROM WHERE IT HAD BEEN RIPPED OUT OF THE WALL HASN'T BEEN PATCHED. THE LIGHT FIXTURE WAS READY TO FALL OFF THE CEILING, THERE WAS NO TRASH CAN OR EVEN A TRASH BAG TO USE. THE OUTSIDE RECEPTACLES WERE OVERFLOWING WITH ROTTEN FOOD, WINE BOTTLES & BEER CANS. THE GIANT COCKROACH IN MY ROOM WAS HAVING A NICE MEAL THOUGH...I DID NOT USE THE SHOWER, I DID NOT EVEN PULL THE BED DOWN FOR FEAR OF MORE ROACHES OR BED BUGS. IN TOTAL I SPENT ABOUT 45 MINUTES OUT OF MY 1 NIGHT STAY IN THIS ROOM, AFTER HEARING WHAT SOUNDED LIKE A CANNON GOING OFF IN THE PARKING GARAGE, I COULDN'T GET OUT OF THERE FAST ENOUGH! I'M CERTAIN THE PICTURES I TOOK DO NOT RESEMBLE THE PICS FROM THE WEBSITE WHATSOEVER! GREATLY DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED. IF I COULD GIVE 'MINUS 10 STARS' I WOULD!

Good for someone with a...

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: Not very clean. Staff a bit unfriendly. Charge for everything, even a second key card (and we were two).
