Very happy with our stay...

Disappointing and unclean

Liked: The staff, who were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel. Booking come shows a very different picture of what the hotel is. The outside area has no glass in the railings, and is taped up to look like a crime scene.The rooms are very unclean. The carpet hadn't been hoovered in a very long time (we changed rooms due to how unclean the first room was, second was better, but still unclean) and the odour that came from it was evidence of this.There were only bottled beer/lager/cider available as none of the pumps worked - no delivery of draft beer.No tea / coffee in the room. No hair dryer.

Would not stay in this...

Liked: Didn’t get any sleep with the banging of doors and shouting in the hallways there was no WiFi when I asked for the password they said guests couldn’t connect there was no Tea or Coffee facilities in the room at all and bathroom light did not work

We came home more tiered

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was dirty paint flaking of walls cob webs on light fitting and pelmet blind or curtains could not close no tea or coffee machine in room bed had no support you was sleeping on hard wood room to warm could not turn thermostat down as it just kept going round

Wouldn’t go back.

Disliked: No kettle in room. No draft beer in bar. Loud music banging till 11pm, couldn’t hear television for the thump of the music.
