Elizabeth, Calgary, visiting Eric Harvie Theatre

Staff was very polite. Food was very good and tasty. The Executive Chef is very friendly and certainly has a handle on what's going on in the kitchen. Will definitely visit again.

A wonderful trip to Banff!

Liked: When we arrived, the bath tub wasn’t draining. We called the front desk and they had it fixed right away. The pool and hot tub were a very nice part of each day of our stay. Parking was helpful and good price. Great location in town.
Disliked: Never tried the restaurant as it did not come across as appealing for the prices based on available food options and the restaurant atmosphere.

A beautiful lodge surrounded by...

Liked: The Royal Canadian Lodge was in a great location to the many stores and restaurants. The employees were friendly and very accommodating.
Disliked: There is nothing I disliked about the property.
