Staff was very polite. Food was very good and tasty. The Executive Chef is very friendly and certainly has a handle on what's going on in the kitchen. Will definitely visit again.

Liked: Great location in Banff, the front desk staff were very welcoming and engaging. Good spacious room that had a very comfortable bed. Great parking facility.
Disliked: The restaurant food was a little disappointing for the price. Decided to dine out down the Main Street following our first experience.

Liked: We had a lovely time. The hotel was within walking distance of most locations with easy bus transportation. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Liked: Wonderful stay overall. Good location in Banff overall quiet and some nice views. Walking distance to restaurants and bike pathGreat rooms and very clean.nice atmosphere to have a fireplace. No breakfast but nice to have coffee/tea i room and small fridgeFriendly staff.Overall good value.
Disliked: Parking- don’t use their lot. Very small, narrow, one way traffic. Also very expensive $20 per day.
