The hotel was closed and...

Liked: The hotel was closed and booking.com didn't tell me and booking.com took my money. I'm still waiting for a refund. and i was not compensated for my holiday being ruined. It was peak season so I couldn't get into another beachfront hotel. I went home early because the holiday was ruined. I also had to pay more money for the flight home because fares were higher. It was a disaster.

Liked: Wonderful staff that is long tenured (not a lot of turnover which means they treat their people well!), great view of ocean, quiet street to cross to beach & ocean, complimentary beach chairs and staff on beach, complimentary water for the beach, wonderful breakfast included, small number of units and therefore guests, personal feel.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: the fact that it only has 14 rooms and the attentive to detail and if the staff
Disliked: pillows to soft ..:).. a tad noisy due to the road ..but do like that we're close to restaurants
