Exceptional

Liked: The hotel room was lovely and the venue is set in beautiful grounds. The staff were very helpful as the stay was for my son’s 21st birthday. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful decor, comfortable and welcoming

Liked: Really comfortable, beautifully decorated building and grounds. Room was well facilitated and public areas really welcoming. Would definitely go back.
Disliked: Not to automatically add on breakfast when we didn't have it. It took a while to remove it on checkout. It would be better to ask first if we had had breakfast.
