Breakfast must be better at...

Liked: Good location mostly friendly staff
Disliked: Poor breakfast offering for £15 first day was good but went downhill to smaller and smaller cooked breakfasts, poor choices at buffet station no dried fruit or nuts ran out of croissants early

Very nice!

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for seeing central Exmouth. Short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Breakfast was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Put screens on the window so the seagull cannot come inside.

Liked: Friendly staff, and good location. Very comfy bed. Definitely good value for the money.
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit dated and the washing basin is cracked. Also the light didn't work in the bathroom, apart from the small lights by the mirror. The kettle was missing. I didn't go to the reception as I've borrowed my friend's kettle from room 105.
