Good for a day or...
Liked: Good location, spacious room, nice staff.
Disliked: Noisy construction, tree work. Not a relaxing atmosphere.

An Excellent Value - Location
Liked: (1) The staff was always very helpful and pleasant. (2) The location: short walks to the beach, a supermarket, restaurants, drug store, and some local entertainment. The location gives this property exceptional value.
Disliked: (1) The shower should have a grab bar. (2) The room did not have a place to hang clothes when I arrived; however, that problem was resolved quickly when I brought it to the attention of the staff. (3) The air conditioner was noisy—though it was effective.

Once you complete the renovations...
Liked: Near bus stops, large room, big bed nice decor.
Disliked: Under construction, so, alot of facilities were not available. The sidewalk appearance was very unappealing & the fountain very dirty.
