Royal Albert Apartments Hotel

Good value

Liked: In a great spot. Room huge in a heritage hotel, staff lovely, very clean, specious, in a 'suite' excellent kitchen facilities.
Disliked: Airconditioning cannot be controlled from the room and is very loud. Wi Fi is, frankly, terrible.

Convenient, old world charm was...

Liked: The decor, the convenient location, the comfort and space in the room were all excellent.
Disliked: The broken toilet roll holder.

Suited us nicely and close...

Liked: Large rooms and well set out. Apartment like
Disliked: Nothing. Works being done for new railway station outside but easy to get dropped off at end of street and short walk

Liked: We changed rooms on the second night - chalk & cheese!! Zeeta at reception was wonderful in organising everything for us. Thanks to Zeeta we can now recommend The Royal Albert.
Disliked: Only had 1 night!

Passable

Liked: Location and large apartment. Well equipped
Disliked: 4 steps down from entry. Bathroom at top level.No cold water in shower. Hot water scalding. No pressure in shower. Had to have a bath. No rails, or non slip mat. Very slippery and risky for falls etc.

Super comfortable. Great location

Liked: Fabulous room. Spacious and well fitted out. Bed is very comfortable. Super easy to all activities and transport.
Disliked: The wifi. If you are a traveller wanting a good wifi connection, no luck. You also have to sign a disclaimer of sorts, about the wifi so obviously this is an issue at the property. I wasn’t used to paying a deposit in case I used the mini bar. Apparently it will be refunded in 3-5 working days. Unnecessary I felt.
