Great location but road works...

Liked: Love the hotel and the location
Disliked: No street access which makes arriving with luggage challenging. Apartment had stairs inside which was challenging with luggage and unexpected.

Liked: Facilities are excellent. We also need Foxtel in the rooms
Disliked: The receptionists ain't reactive to our requests. I.e During our stay i asked the receptionist who was on duty to come and turn down the aircon in our room becoz it was really cold..he said that he will come but he did not come.

Liked: Generous room size. Clean and comfortable. Close to everything.

Comfortable, spacious and friendly staff.

Liked: Staff were lovely, I have stayed previously - staff are always lovely. Rooms are large, comfy and facilities are clean.
Disliked: The parking situation is not the fault of the hotel however if the hotel is making any kinds of complaints against council feel free to reach out. They really should be assisting businesses and their clients if they are closing off the streets.

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Great location in downtown Brisbane. Our huge suite was super comfortable for two. There's a nice café downstairs with excellent food.
