Liked: Housekeeping everyday and location was near shopping and restaurant
Disliked: Pick up and drop off point due to road works which was out of Royal Alberts control.

Liked: Room was enormous, well stocked & bed was comfy, location great.
Disliked: Wifi was dodgy & very weak, access was a bit tricky due to road construction.

Liked: Stayed in the sub penthouse, the room was huge and very well appointed. Location was great, central to everywhere we needed to go. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing

I would stay again only...

Liked: convenience location. the staffs are very nice and helpful. the history of the place.
Disliked: the carpet, the humming noise of the the 24/7 operating ventilation and the artificial air fresher they use, it smelled horrible, I actually had a mild asthma attack on the first night.

The RA is my go...

Liked: I have stayed at the RA many times as the location suits my needs. The staff, particularly the lady on reception (Binke) were fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing to mention

Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Location was excellent as you walked out the door and onto Queen Street Mall.
Disliked: Construction on Albert Street made access crowded.

A charming and comfortable stay...

Liked: We stayed one night in the sub-penthouse for a girls trip and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely old-fashioned, classy design. The location is great; close to everything we needed. Special mention to the reception staff, who were warm and welcoming at both check-in and check-out. Would happily stay again.
Disliked: The only downside was that it was a bit tricky to access the building due to nearby construction, but that’s not the hotel’s fault and didn’t take away from the overall experience.
