Terrible

Disliked: Bar restaurant all closed. No continental breakfast. Advised if we call reception we could have tea and toast !!!!Have called 3 times to speak to manager. who is not available. only stayed the 1 night and want a refund for he 2 nd nightDiabolical. Do not advise anyone to book this hotel

Liked: Staff on reception were great. Location fabulous & a nice room. Definitely stay again.
Disliked: No plug/usb sockets next to the bed to charge phone.

Looks great but that's where...

Liked: The hotel looks great in the reception.The man that checked us in was fantastic and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable.No shower curtain in our bath/shower.Poor selection at breakfast.The very loud noises from the rooms above all night of people walking.Arguments at the back of the hotel all night resulted in very poor sleep.
