Liked: It was centrally located Rooms were spacious
Disliked: The reception area, double height foyer smelt of cigarette smoke.

Liked: Very local to city centre, had anything you needed in brief walking distance
Disliked: The power switch which you put your card in to turn power on was notably broken. A member of staff did help by jiggling my card so it worked, but was off again seconds after they left... I figured to put in a second card and it worked a treat.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and even found some things we'd left behind.
Disliked: The food wasn't great.

Disliked: Hotel was disgusting hygiene wise. Checked in and walked out within 6 minutes. Empty toilet roll holder, stains on bed blanket, holes in walls stains all over walls, dust everywhere. Dirt rim around bath. Want a full refund
