Liked: Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a bit larger than expected.
Disliked: The spa needs refurbishing. The lighting in the pool area was much too dark and needs a complete rethink. Far too much water on the areas where you are walking making it extra slippery and unsafe.

Liked: Staff wee great, along with the food l, didn’t use the spa this time but normally is very lovely.
Disliked: My room was really really hot, even tho their was a fan provided i couldn’t sleep with the window open knowing i was in the ground floor. Didn’t sleep much at all. Room was be great in the winter.

Birthday get away

Liked: Staff: Friendly and helped with my mini suitcase case. Also accommodated re ground floor room change in the Mews, outer building. Room:Leeds - Was outstanding. It's was absolutely huge. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was massive. The location was peaceful & Gardens were very pretty. They have a tranquillity garden with comfy seating - lovely when sun is out. Pool's - 2 levels. If you have walking difficulties. Access re both floors on an easier route, so you don't go up & down any stairs. Was told that re check out. Quiet RoomWas so peaceful re relaxing meditation music and comfortable seats, blankets & refreshments. Spa: Thearpist's were very calming and showed a lot of empathy to my needs. Treatments:New Circadian Syncing Deep Sleep Treatment 85 mins was so relaxing. Great for people with fibromyalgia / Chronic Pain Syndrome also includes experience conditioning hair mask with OSKIA's Rosemary & Pea ​Peptide Hair Mask - head massage. Oskia Revitalising Super C Facial 55mins & Reflexology also 55mins / 10 out of 10. Highly recommend all x3 treatments.
Disliked: Changing rooms:They need to add small stalls with the hairdryers. So you can physically relax whilst drying hair. Food was not up to a 4 star standard. Definitely wasn't value for money.

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room was tired and lacked any warmth or character. Decor was old fashioned and in need of a renovate. Bathroom was dirty and mouldy. Was really hot with no aircon. Overpriced for what it was.
