Did not meet expectations, doubt...

Liked: The location and hotel itself was nice (aesthetic, clean, spacious room)
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible - small dry and dense bagels. Barely anything to do In the town on Wednesday / Thursday -should have paid lower rates on these days as most stores and restaurants are closed. Staff were not very friendly

Nice stay, great location

Liked: Very nice place and atmosphere. Great location at the end of the main street. Easy to walk to the main street. The room was relatively new, nice and spacious. I'd recommend staying there and have brunch at the restaurant by the waterfall.
Disliked: The AC was very loud and we didn't really understand the breakfast situation. Why bother with the sugary muffins and hard scones/bread? Would have liked more healthy choices or just skip it.

Very relaxing, comfortable getaway.

Liked: The room was spacious and spotless! Cozy robes and bedding and I appreciated the table/chairs in the room to sit and enjoy breakfast. Huge shower with soft water and nice soaps. Staff was very accommodating. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waterfall nearby. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel!!
Disliked: The breakfast was okay — yogurt was delicious, but some fresh coffee/fruit in the lobby would go a long way. I was also bummed the bagels were mini (it’s NY, everyone loves bagels, right?!). Toilet was kind of weird (huge and rectangular shaped) and didn’t flush particularly well. Custom bed frames were cool but there was a gap between the end of the bed and the frame so it wasn’t comfortable to sit on the end/edge of the bed, if you like to do that.

Relaxing NY getaway.

Liked: The location is great, near the waterfall. Nice and quiet.The rooms are spacious and tbe breakfast bag is convenient.
Disliked: The restaurant is pricey for family stay.

Good

Liked: Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Check in was quick and easy.
Disliked: Staff wasn't friendly at all. Beds are way too soft. Bathroom was just a sliding door divider from bedroom area. AC unit was extremely loud. Expensive room with very few amenities.
