Liked: The exterior is beautiful, and there is a lot of stuff for the whole family to play or have fun with
Disliked: main Bed was good the optional beds wasn't, bathrooms also need some work, not enough towels for the day we were there

Liked: The room was spacious very clean, and quiet.We were even surprised at the amount of stations available on the TV. The grounds are beautiful and the reck area has everything we needed.
Disliked: Found nothing to complain about!

BEAUTIFUL RESORT IN THE PINES

Liked: The room was very spacious. Included a full kitchen, very clean. Property had lots of activities, but due to other time commitments we weren't able to enjoy them. Lots of wonderful restaurants close by. We walked out of our room first morning and were greeted by the wild horses behind the parking lot. Beautiful. We will definitely be back.
Disliked: Bed was extremely hard.

Liked: The location was right where we wanted to be.
Disliked: We booked a room with a king bed and got a room with a queen only. I complained as soon as we saw the room, found our booking.com room details. They were willing to give us a different room after an extensive and long phone call to the manager but we decided that we would not want to pack up and unpack again so we stayed in the room we got. I would imagine there would have been a difference in price since it was only a queen and was smaller than a King room. We stayed in the central building, the carpets were filthy, the furniture in the atrium area was terribly worn out and it was dark and gloomy. The cost booked thru Booking.com was $35 more per night than the resort would have charged us coming in off the street with no reservation. The ice machine and laundry did not work near our location. We had to walk over to the grand canyon building for both. We are both disabled so it was not ideal. They told us that they would clean the room after two days but that didn't happen. We will have to decide if we ever want to stay here again. It wasn't at all like previous stays.

Liked: The amenities were great. Something for everybody to enjoy. Rooms were clean and thoroughly stocked with everything you could possibly need for a few days of vacation time. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The blankets for the bed were not comfortable at all.
