Great place to stay!!

Liked: I had a lovely stay at Rotorua thermal holiday park. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location is very convenient into town and to local attractions, lakes etc. Loved the hot pools for a good soak after long walks. A great place to stay!!

Liked: Loved the pool options and the cabins were very clean and tidy. Really liked that towels, sheets and duvets were included, and we were really warm at night. Our welcome when we arrived at reception was friendly and informative, she was really lovely.
Disliked: Only gripe would be that the cleaners were pretty noisy in the morning, it wasn’t super early but they were calling out to each other and talking really loudly.
