Liked: The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Plus the spa pool was fabulous at the end of a long day. Lovely heated pool also Very comfortable beds
Disliked: Older motel but for the price it was good value.

Liked: Very clean and well appointed apartment. Host was very welcoming and helpful. When in Rotorua again, this is definately where I would stay. Also price was very reasonable for the beautiful room. Would absolutely reccomend.

Nice and tidy

Liked: It was really clean.. very good for the ppl visiting with family. Rooms were big enough nice and warm with heater facilities. Kitchen facilities was great. Location is very convenient to the all restaurants and the city centre.
