Coachman Spa motel Rotorua

Liked: Spa tub, main reason for booking there. Very Good sized room. Approachable staff, pleasant even when I mentioned issues the morning after arrival. I would stay again if the issues are fixed 😊
Disliked: Loose legs on dining chairs, (we sat on bed to eat, luckily we had our own trays ). Spa tapware and wood surround ( ingrained )grubby. Only one lounge chair which also had loose leg. No staff after 6pm when we went to ask about chairs, ( called the number and response was an 021 no. for emergency . Broken chairs not changed over our 3 day stay . Bed was too hard for me

Liked: Nothing in particular except few minutes drive from the city centre
Disliked: Quite disappointed at what we paid for..have been in rotorua multiple times and there's definitely better motels at that rate. Rooms had mould, entrance was disgusting. Bathroom and wash basin looked run down.Only 1 small cup of milk provided for family of 3 for 2 nights stay.Sky window had condensation with mould.Definitely not going there again.
