Exceptional

A perfect spot for exploring...

Liked: The location is terrific. It’s situated close to so many cafes, restaurants and parks.
Disliked: The tables in the breakfast area are a bit cramped so we occasionally started our day sitting awfully close to other guests.

Lovely base to explore Mexico...

Liked: The location was great for walking around the city. The hotel was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The included breakfast is adequate (yogurt, fruit, breads) as a light snack before going out and eating all that Mexico City has to offer. We did order the chilaquiles, and while it is an extra charge, it is quite tasty and well portioned.
Disliked: It didn't bother us, but just a note that there is no elevator, so if you are on the top (3rd) floor it might be challenging to walk up the stairs multiple times a day if you have mobility problems or are out of shape (you do feel the altitude if you are not acclimated).

Disliked: i assume i was given the worst room rear ground floor courtyard, even tho hotel did not appear to be full. unless blackout drapes were closed there was no privacy.

Liked: Beautiful and hip and cool.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: Sunrise and bird song outside the room when I woke up early was beautiful. By the time I got to breakfast the juice was finished so they made me a fresh one
Disliked: Apart from the lady serving breakfast no one was very friendly or welcoming. I felt like I was bothering the guy who checked me in when I asked for a towel coz there were none in the room.

Very nice place to stay

Liked: Localisation is greatComfort of the room is nice, especially beds but we have the suite Deluxe and it is noisy since it is on the streetWe could borrow bikes to go around in the city, very practical and ultra nice
Disliked: Despite the beautiful place the atmosphere is a little bit too cold for me
