Wonderful boutique hotel
Liked: Wonderful boutique hotel in the hearth of Mexico City. Amazing staff.
Disliked: Perhaps the hotel could treat the mosquitoes in the patio to limit their entry into the rooms. The breakfast buffet could be more extensive considering the hotel's standing.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect...
Liked: Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The service was all exceptional, and the rooms were lovely. Simple continental breakfast was included, and a pleasant start to the day.

We had a lovely visit
Liked: This is a lovely restoration of a townhouse in the center of Roma Norte. No elevator, so a bit of exercise getting to the rooms
Disliked: The beds are very firm which is not my preference. The bed pillows were horrible. Hard large lumps! Although they told us they would replace them with softer ones, it never happened. I would book it again and bring my own pillows

Amazing Hotel!
Liked: We absolutely loved this hotel’s location—it was perfectly situated in a prime spot, yet far enough away to ensure peaceful nights without any noise disturbances. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the hotel itself was spotless. The setting felt so unique and beautiful, adding to the overall charm of our stay. While the front door might appear quite standard at first, stepping inside reveals a stunning interior that truly exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning in the rooms was fantastic, which was a lifesaver during the hot April days. The rooms were perfectly sized—spacious enough to accommodate all our belongings while still leaving plenty of space to move around comfortably. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Beautiful, quiet and serene boutique...
Liked: Roso Guest House is a beautiful environment run by exceptional staff. Our room was a spacious room (I think they call it a suite) located on the third floor and was nicely appointed with minimal furnishings, super comfortable bedding (and a firm, large, king bed), excellent air conditioning, and outstanding water pressure in the bathroom. The complimentary continental breakfast is served on a serene terrace and managed by the kindest, attentive staff. We loved the easy access to many food options nearby, the ease of coming and going (the 24-hour doorman/guard who checked us in and out each time), and the attentive staff who were always available to help with arrangements, reservations, etc. For us, having a comfortable, quiet place to stay with outstanding service, but also a low key vibe, was exactly what we had hoped for.
Disliked: The only thing I would suggest (which is typical for almost every hotel we stay in) is to add a nice, large makeup mirror on the desk so it can be used as a vanity. The bathroom lighting is quite low, and while there is a make-up mirror mounted to the wall, I could not use it because of the lighting. It would have been convenient to be able to use a mirror near the bright, natural lighting of the window.

Don’t hesitate—just book it!
Liked: We absolutely loved our stay at Roso Guest House. It’s charming, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. The location is perfect—just a few blocks from the best restaurants in Roma Norte and a short walk to Condesa. The highlight of our trip was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop deck - thanks to the amazing sisters who made each morning feel so special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Mexico City—and to The Roso Guest House.

Very good
Liked: Quiet for how central it is. It being a small boutique meant other guests weren’t rly a bother. Nice rooms and staff. Great complimentary breakfast for basics (fruit & cereal)
Disliked: The windows lacked screens so mosquitos were an issue.
