Liked: The ambience and the Christmas theme was great.Staff very pleasant, as always.Lovely view from the Seaview room, especially of Mulberry Harbour.
Disliked: 1. The sink in the bathroom emptied very slowly and appeared to be suffering from a partial blockage.2. There was a bad smell in the room that seemed to be smelly drains.3. When the toilet was flushed, black deposits were visible in the pan, probably from the pipes.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Liked the location, and car parking. The hotel looked beautiful, decorated for Christmas. Loved the tea/ coffee making facilities, and complimentary toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Instructions on how to use the coffee machine would have been useful. Light on the mirror and some other bulbs were not working. My bedroom was a small double, and lucky I am a smallish person, because there was not much of a gap between the foot of the bed and the wall. I had to edge sideways to get to the bathroom.

Beautiful stay by the sea

Liked: Beautiful hotel, very luxurious. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Nice toiletries, tea coffee and fridge. Balcony was really nice.

Liked: Everything was perfect, we booked late but Aaran at reception was so helpful and lovely and couldn’t thank him enough for his service :)
