Liked: every one in the restaurants were excellent at their. the breakfasts were excellent served by a young man that aimed to please.....great English, witty, knowledgeable.....just pure delight to start the day.

Very nearly perfect

Liked: The location, the quiet elegance and the service
Disliked: It would have scored a 10 but on two occasions a mistake was made with reservations made on our behalf by the hotel (once booked in the wrong name and once not recognised by the restaurant).The Rosewood just needs to tighten its process here.

Lovely hotel so convenient in...

Liked: The location was one of the key reasons why I chose this hotel! Absolutely stunning place and also friendliness of staff
Disliked: Maybe the structure of how the bathroom was divided was not very convenient.

Liked: Unique building in incredible location.
Disliked: Only issue was the lifts seemed to have problems - with only 2 lifts it seemed under-serviced.
