Luxury stay in the heart...

Liked: Excellent location. Excellent property. Fantastic room. Spa area (steam room, sauna, pool etc) excellent. Everyone very friendly. Excellent room service.
Disliked: Weekend breakfast - staff were under pressure, made-to-order breakfasts for all guests was obviously challenging. Part of our order was filled quite late as a result.Post-check out had to call to get the room deposit + duplicated room charge refunded. An inconvenience, but was dealt with swiftly and professionally once I got through to the finance department.We will still visit again, though, as it is a great place, well located and easy for us to get to for short breaks.
