Disliked: Person answering the phone when I had called to follow up resv jus said “hotel” in a very very hvy accent. That’s no way to run a hotel business. “That” was bad

Liked: Great little spot that delivered on what I needed - an affordable, comfortable place to crash at night between daytime activities. It's a very basic place but had all the essentials and is in a good location for getting to other things nearby.
Disliked: They have an iron behind the front desk that you can ask for, but no ironing boards. Also, some of the TV channels did not come through.

Good enough to spend night,...

Liked: Easy to find, right on Cranberry Hwy.
Disliked: Found several long hairs on pillows. Hope they belonged to cleaning person. Not sure if linens were changed, but at least no stains noted. Carpeting needs vacuuming, esp near wall base. Thankfully the room did not have nasty odors.Flooring with lots of flex in areas.
