I would not recommend this hotel unless they remodel.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: No room service; room was dirt; phones were broken; smoke alarms were hanging from the ceiling.

Horrifying!!!

Disliked: Bugs crawling on the bed in the first room. They have me another room and the sheets weren’t washed (body fluid, hair). Beyond disgusting - do NOT stay here!!!!

Disliked: Bathtub was filthy, couldn't bath my baby or my kids. floor had moisture, looked like it was mopped but after drying it after a shower noticed it went wet again. Heater quit I don't know when, woke up at approx 130am heat was off and wouldn't go back on, followed instructions on the heater to reset, nothing worked,i call front desk he wanted to move me,I have 3 kids to move that were sleeping so I declined, he couldn't get in maintenence either, the lady who rented me the room told me to call of anything broke and she would fix it, I should of took the hint, obviously this is not a maintained place. Idid request a ground floor but anyone who knows a family will be in a room should make sure everything is working and safe, or say we don't have any ground floors i would of been ok with that too. I ended up leaving after in the early morning ....cold, we were all cold, I was driving all day that day and needed to rest, I barely slept and now I'm sore and tired. Not good for driving.

Liked: The lady working the check in was nice
Disliked: Our room was absolutely filthy and reeked. There was literal mold growing on the bathroom door. The floors were so dirty we didn’t even go to the bathroom without shoes. There were smashed spider guts on the wall. And the odor was horrendous.
