Disliked: The personnel was polite but not helpful. This meant asking for a reservation 3 days ahead and finally making it ourselves. We relied on the very helpful valets when we had a question.

Liked: Never had the breakfast but dinner was good. Location was excellent. Attentive front desk and restaurant staff.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small compared to other hotels of that status. The welcome area sitting chairs and sofas were dirty and never cleaned. The room was tired and doors and walls needed fresh paint and updates.The bathroom was tiny. Shower water pressure very low. No spa or pool.

Liked: Okay, the chocolate Macadamia nut cookies were incredible! It was wonderful having a fireplace in the room. The little touches were exquisite. And the room was carefully planned so that everything worked beautifully. We slept so well there. We hated to leave.

Liked: The location is great - our favorite spot in Santa Fe. Staff is very gracious and helpful; food and drinks great.
Disliked: Running AC in our room created a loud fan noise in the ceiling - kept us awake and needs to be fixed. I mentioned this to the front desk and they comped a couple of drinks which I did not ask for but appreciated.
