Lovely hotel, lovely staff.

Liked: The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned and the turn down service were all really nice. Nice products. Beautiful bathroom, shower, used the soaking tub and the bath salts were a nice touch. Enjoyed the in-room coffee in the morning.
Disliked: The room is not quite as spacious as the photos. Wish there was more room for our suitcases. For such a lux property, one of our suitcases had to be open on the floor, the other on the luggage stand. Very small closet. No drawers to speak of. We were facing the back courtyard (which was under construction, but no noise from there disturbed us). The street seemed loud, so I was glad for that. Do wish that we had some sort of view, however, for such a beautiful city.
