Nice property

Liked: Great location, close to bus stops, shops and really good restaurants! Room was cosey and comfortable.
Disliked: We could hear the people above us walking around their room, the floor was very creaky and loud. The windows are also old so noise from the street and road was loud.

Liked: breakfast wasn't included for me, but there are places around where you can get a nice, relatively cheap breakfast. Location is perfect. Room - value for money! Small, but clean and cozy (it was a room for one).

Liked: I have stayed at Roseview a number of times when visiting family and find it very comfortable, quiet, secure and clean. It is also good value.

Great value stay in a...

Liked: It’s clean, friendly, great location and has parking. It was a very straightforward experience and great value for money. Tea and coffee in the room and different biscuits every day was a nice touch.
Disliked: Rooms are quite basic and a little tired, but perfectly functional.

Bad

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: I think they have bedbugs.

Superb

Liked: Room was clean and comfy bed, parking space was available, easy check in and out, friendly staff. Definitely will book again.
Disliked: It would have been best if atleast 1 water bottle for 1 guest was provided when someone walks in the room.

Poor

Liked: Water was cold, hairdryer definitely needed taking out of room as was a fire hazard, smelt like burning and was making cracking noises when being used, key card didn’t work on door
