Liked: The hotel was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. This location was fantastic and is my go-to for when I need to travel for business. It is so convenient for when I work expos at the convention center and wonderfully centrally located for when I want to celebrate after.
Disliked: The first time I used the pool it was a little dirty, but every other time I used it, it was perfectly fine. The only other issue was that the air conditioning turned off in the middle of the night and the room became warm, but once it started again it was perfect.

The price was right, staff was amazing and the Rosen had a beautifully kept outdoor pool area.

Liked: The front desk staff was very accommodating. I was able to check in an hour early. The concierge asked if I had any special requests; whether I wanted one or two beds and if I wanted a pool view. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and Jacuzzi. During the stay my hubby had misplaced his Chicago Bulls hat (reason for the trip: we were attending a NBA game that evening) when He checked with the front desk, they had his hat in a vacuum sealed bag.
Disliked: I Didn't expect the $20 parking fee
