Rosen Inn Closest To Universal

Liked: Nice room.
Disliked: The distance to an ice machine. Directions were poor at best. The buffet breakfast was horrible. Food was not even warm and it cost $13.95 plus a service fee!

room dirty and not ready...

Disliked: The room was mot cleaned and not ready, no bed sheer, towels etc when we arrived around midnight with a sick child. really anoying, no refund or compensation for a lot of inconvenience.

Disliked: Animals barked all night,no water pressure, even after reporting it, the shower was so dark you couldn’t see in it, no air flow in the bathroom at all, you couldn’t see under the room door, a huge gap, people smoking pot & cigarettes outside outdoor, we were told my granddaughter couldn’t accompany me in the gym, kicked us out , to find out later that was not true. Asked for room service to make the bed. In six days bed was made once. I asked to speak to a manger and was given the security manager and told he was the hotel manager. Still never got to speak with the hotel manager. Said they would comp one night, but truthfully our stay was miserable. We asked to transfer to a higher rated Rosen, and then we would have had to pay a second time and trust they would refund us. I was here in an emergency, and could not take that chance of being double charged. Charged to rent a cot that wouldn’t fit in the room. Like they don’t know the bathroom door doesn’t open with a cot in the room. I was refunded the $18. Highly disappointed!! Please be aware when booking not All Rosen inns are rated excellent. This one was a 3.0 locally and now I know why .

Excellent location, comfortable and clean...

Liked: Superb location - only 5 minutes to Universal car park (shuttle offered by hotel). Rooms very clean and all facilities in room excellent - fridge, shower, AC etc. Pool brilliant with fresh towels and always enough loungers, couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Definitely will stay again
