The place was Magical, clean...
Liked: History form 1905 then motel in 1950.Reminds me of homes in Buffalo my home town

Liked: Location and tenant was nice
Disliked: The room was very outdated and seen signs of bedbugs and I feel like this was addressed before I went and talked to him. He was polite and gave our money back because we did not stay. He did mention that is why I showed you the room first. Your not going to see bedbugs unless you look for them..

Very disappointed!
Liked: Jay, the manager was very nice and helpful; offered to help carry our bags in.
Disliked: This property is very old and dated. After reading some of the positive reviews, we were quite surprised by the reality. The room and the bathroom were very small and cramped, only reached up a narrow, wood staircase to the second floor. Temperature was not easily controlled. The bed was okay, but neither of us slept very well. There was almost an element of creepiness to the place.
