Booking was very simple, office...

Liked: Room was great, nice upgrades and comfortable features. Location is amazing, very close to Asilomar Beach, quiet neighborhood and peaceful deer activity.
Disliked: Tile floor was cold in the morning, but tolerable. Windows were open when I checked in which helped the room feel fresh, but was a little cold.

Disliked: Faucet in the tub was broken and difficult to control temperature

Disliked: The room was disgustingly neglected. Ripped carpets filthy disgusting furniture, plumbing wouldn’t drain. Garbage outside the patio area. Broken railings with rusty nails on patio.

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: The place smelled like bug spray and mold. It was very funky and dilapidated, and the bathroom sink faucet was hanging on by a wire. The bathtub was really funky and had mold. The king band was awful on one side, but OK on the other. The gas fireplace had a little line of blue, but never worked funky, funky funky.
