Liked: Very comfortable bed and pillows, very effective heating, convenient location for visiting the nearby hot springs, friendly staff.
Disliked: While there was a kettle, microwave and toaster in the room, the only cutlery/crockery provided was 3 coffee mugs, one spoon and a chopping board. Granted, the listing doesn't say that the kitchenette includes plates or cutlery (or mugs), but it seemed a little strange to not include a plate or butter knife to complement the toaster. We were there for just one night and didn't have the opportunity to ask staff if they had these items available on request.
