Disappointing and over priced for...

Liked: The location was perfect for the event I was attending. It was great to see wildlife in the garden clearly enjoying the garden.
Disliked: 1: The room was cold2: The air conditioning (heating) continuously turned off during the evening.3: The blinds on the door don't fit correctly, meaning the light is able to stream in as well as other guests are able to see into your room. Causing a lack of privacy. 4: No electric blanket and not enough bedding to keep myself warm during the evening. See heating (aircon) turning off automatically.5: Welcome was also Cold, as in zero host greeting on arrival. 6: Breakfast is only from 8-9am. There is a note on arrival explaining with 24 hour notice breakfast can be timed differently. However I wasn't there 24 hours before. For a sunday morning this is exceptionally early 8-10am would have been a kinder offering.

Superb

Liked: Great, comfortable bed. Sumptuous breakfast. Quiet. Native birds and bandicoots in the garden. A short drive from Kalamunda shopping area with great food and speciality shopping. Helpful, friendly hosts.
Disliked: Guests would need to be aware that brick paths and steps look quaint, but are uneven and care must be taken .

Liked: It is beatifully decorated, peaceful, comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. It has a wonderful ambience. The hosts are fabulous

Beautiful B&B

Liked: Beautiful property. Loved the visiting wildlife - bandicoots, ring necked parrots, kookaburras and more. Comfy bed though very high. The place was lovely. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Couldn't sit on side of bed as too high but chairs are provided, difficult to get in and stand on claw foot bath to have shower as bath was quite curved and nothing to hang on to. Recommend rooms with walk in shower for those with mobility issues.
