Disliked: Toilet was older and didn’t flush well. Took several attempts.

Liked: The location was great close to paddington station close to the Kensington park
Disliked: The cleaning staff were extremely loud , smashing the doors talking loud in the corridors. The first night we got a room in the highest floor it was very small but yeah we said we would just sleep there however the next morning at 7:00 am we woke up from garlic frying smell and the sound of metal being beaten. When I checked it was the elevator which was making these sounds . We requested for another and got it the reservation staff was friendly and helpful. The other room had the issue with the housekeeping staff being loud and again we were forcibly woken up but this time by water sound. Apparently the guests next door were taking a shower and the noise was as if we would be flooded. After calling the reception coz we thought it was a leakage somewhere they send the engineer who checked and disappeared and was never seen again with any information. We found out ourselves that it was the next door shower. The furniture especially the sofa/chairs were worn out and old might need a new cover .

Good access to the stations

Liked: I liked the interior and atmosphere.Also it is easy access to stationsBreakfast was very good.
Disliked: My family’s room was the 3rd floor. It has a nice view and bright.However my room was the basement. It was dark and quite noisy someone walking upstairs and talking, also I felt the sounds and vibrations of underground trains every a couple of minutes and it was uncomfortable.
