A most enjoyable stay, will...
Liked: Our third stay at this hotel. Wonderful location 9especially if arriving at Paddington) with easy access to transport, Lancaster Gate a short walk. Hyde Park nearby also. A lovely, very comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.

Liked: It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in for the same amount of fees. The room is so nice that it seems a little lonely to live alone. I hope I can come here again next time. I hope I have a good companion when I come here next time.
Disliked: Every time I come back from the outside, I can't find the location of the hotel immediately, so I wander on the road.

The Staff at Roseate House...
Liked: Fantastic staff, every request was met with an emphatic 'yes', the difference between 4 and 4+ stars. A true exceptional experience.

Disliked: Could be a bit noisy due to being an old building

Liked: From the good service to the location, cleaness and comfort. Everything is great. Thank you all the team!
Disliked: The only thing is the water tap, we should close it very hard to make sure it won't leak the water. And sometimes when you open it, it will make a noise.

Liked: Really friendly glamorous staff! The room was lovely and bed exceptionally comfortable. There were loads of pubs, cafes and restaurants close by. The Victoria had really good food and a lovely old bar and tap room. The Mitre was a really nice old bar as well with a couple of log fires burning. For breakfast Le Pain Quotidian was nice and an Argentinian cafe opposite Le Pain (who?s name I can?t remember) was exceptional! Try the empanadas! Would definitely stay here again ?
Disliked: Breakfast was too expensive

Liked: Room was beautiful and the bed was fabulous.
Disliked: Could hear constant talking late at night and early morning. Not sure where it was coming from. Air con unit made noises constantly even when it wasn't being used.
