This beautiful Victorian town house enjoys an enviable location in Llandudno also known as the Queen of Welsh Resorts. The hotel a tasteful conversion of 3 elegant town houses is located in the town center close to all of the major amenities and attractions such as the promenade the pier and the Great Orme. Mixed stay

Liked: Location to Pier, beach, town centre; and other entertainment is excellent. Breakfast included.
Disliked: Room 17 extremely dated, previously stayed in top floor room which, whilst boasting antique furniture; was full of character and charm. Room 17 seems dated in comparison, with a decore that seems feels forgotten/left behind.

stay was good food was...

Liked: breakfast was great location good people was friendly
Disliked: room 24 was at the top of hotel and I thought i asked for ground floor level due to my bad shoulder with helping my wifer with case to the top did not straighten bed just milk and coffee, broken fan in room told them about it nothing done

Liked: Location was great . Room and breakfast included in price was reasonable..lady with Irish accent sorry cant remember her name who worked reception also managed the bar area always pleasant and happy to help .she was very welcoming
