Brilliant staff

Liked: Owners are always working and are really lovely people, always chatting with their guests and never a problem. Chef is a lovely guy also.and was great with our kids. Owner also gave the kids a little goodie bag leaving which was a nice touch.
Disliked: Facilities are a bit dated and there is no lift but this is like a lot of issues in the UK down to brain dead thinking by the council not allowing a lift be installed.

Liked: Nice location. Lovely staff. Room dated but clean. Didn't rip you off in the bar which had a nice atmosphere and good selection of drinks. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Noise of club across road on Saturday night. But couldn't be helped due to central location.

Disliked: Parking was a little challenging when we first arrived, but more was available later on so we just moved the car closer.

A basic room for people...

Liked: The reception staff was excellent, the breakfast - excellent as well, the location - very central.
Disliked: The light switch for the bathroom was temperamental. The taps on the sink were both marked red, and the hot water was on the right side. The taps were leaking, so the floor was wet at all times. I did leave the towels on the rack, so I showed my intention to reuse them, however they have been changed. On the other hand, the coffee cups and glasses were left dirty… The size of the room was advertised as 90 sq.m,- it was not even close to that!
