Liked: Large and comfortable room. Simple but enjoyable breakfast spread with an espresso machine for coffee. Lovely staff, very helpful with advice on places to visit in the area. Very quiet location.
Disliked: Location is a 1 hour public transport ride from the French Quarter or 20 minute Lyft/Uber if you don't have a car.

Very pleasant and comfortable

Liked: Good options for a continental style breakfast. A comfortable, peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff!
Disliked: I can’t think of any way to improve the Rose Manor experience.

A conveniently placed, affordable B&B...

Liked: The room was well appointed, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was far enough to be quiet but close enough for Lyft to be affordable. I appreciated how our host was a wealth of information and gave us enough to get started sightseeing.
Disliked: I don’t have any complaints.

Liked: Traditionally decorated, felt like a home. Quiet. Away from the hassle bustle of the city
Disliked: slightly out of town - Uber was a little pricey. Other options are jumping a bus or a car which is expensive to park in the city

Liked: Hosts are exceptionell. Car parking is free. Supermarket and several restaurants are close by. Bus stop is around the corner and busses and trains are easy to use (check the App "Le Pass") - no need for the hustle of parking the car in the French Quarter.
Disliked: Nada.

Liked: The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Peter and Ruby, the owners and host of the place, are very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

Enjoyed our stay!

Liked: Friendly hosts with great local tips. Reasonable location with good access to interstates and downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby.
