We stay in this area every Easter. We chose this hotel for a change, but probably won't be back.

Liked: Warm room (no 6) Quiet, remote location Good Breakfast (when up early enough!) Plenty of parking
Disliked: Breakfast finished much too early at 0930hrs Buildings were generally cold and uninviting Dinner and room very expensive by comparison to other local hotels we have used.

Liked: Breakfast, little choice of cereal, general lack of option.
Disliked: Few people in the restaurant and pudding wasn't available alternative cheesecake was still partially frozen. The waitress who wasn't that attentive or cheerful stated when l said that it could be defrosted rather rudely said no we can't do that you can have an alternative. She stated that l had said it was tastless, implying why would l want another one!! I retorted that was because it was still frozen. To prevent any more of her irritation l had the sticky toffee pudding. We felt the hotel lacked atmosphere apart from the friendliness of the receptionist on our arrival and departure, there was little interaction with staff
