Liked: It’s close to the central of Monterrey.
Disliked: The room was grossly dirty, walls, bed, bathroom. It felt so unsanitary. The air conditioning did not work in the room, the staff were very nice to put a window A/C in though. The room had a microwave and mini fridge which was very convenient except the fridge did not work. It was cheaper than the rest of hotels around but I would not stay here again.

Great location not comfortable

Liked: The location, the people who clean my room
Disliked: The old it is, uncomfortable pillows, the shower is too old and barely work.

Very good option

Liked: The rooms are bigger than expected, it has an area with a high table 2 stools, a table 2 chair, and a futon sofa. Has a fridge and microwave. No problem with the parking, enough space. Just the beds are some firm.

Centre of the city gem!

Liked: Location, staff, size of room!
Disliked: Water in shower not warm enough, restaurant had very slow service, and no Do Not Disturb sign for the door.

Will not stay here again...

Disliked: Beds were good. Property is very outdated.

Good value; sizable suite.

Liked: Area, view from hotel façade.
Disliked: Old style. Needs update to decor. Elevator sucked; would have to take stairs.
