Basic room for god price

Liked: Great location for proximity to Occidental College.
Disliked: Shower tile/grout looked old but water was great. No bedside lamp.

For $108 I would expect...

Liked: It was near restaurants and Trader Joe’s and safe neighborhood
Disliked: The beds are the most uncomfortable and the pillows are the thinnest I’ve ever seen it was extremely uncomfortable and the room what’s not as clean as I would hope.

Liked: if you are looking for a place to stay in convenient location, this is the spot. It felt safe and definitely good value. With that being said, beds are very firm, parking is small (it's a smaller property) so if you arrive late, it will be harder to secure a spot, and finally if you are on the left wing of the property there's a business right next door (it sounds like it's a car wash) that gets pretty loud early on. If you are a light sleeper, definitely be aware of that and try to request a room on the right side.
Disliked: beds could be more comfy, but perfectly fine (and expected) for the price point
