Liked: Clean, friendly staff and good location. Close to the subway station (about 5min walk) really clean and quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth it!

Big disappointment

Liked: the reception staff at check-out was very polite.
Disliked: The room was extremely small—so cramped we could barely move around. During check-in, the reception staff argued about us bringing our baby, claiming it wasn’t allowed, despite our reservation clearly stating two adults and one baby. Eventually, they agreed to check us in, as if doing us a favor. Honestly, the stay at this hotel wasn’t worth what we paid.

Fine for a short trip

Liked: Good location, quiet street. Clean.
Disliked: Tiny rooms, no sound proofing, air con kept defaulting back to a certain temperature, broken lamp by bed, small thin towels. Staff not particularly friendly. Payment process unclear.
