It was exactly the peace...

Liked: The location is brilliant, very central and though its central, its not too loud. The staff were so kind and amazing. Shout out to the incredible kitchen staff and their leader, i think Jamie, who was so kind and helpful even when i was late. Just so kind and really made my stay.
Disliked: I would potentially like room service however its not a big deal

Liked: Beautiful hotel,amazing staff rooms were spotless, bed was so comfortable, room was very warm but fan was on in room when we arrived could not fault this hotel can't wait to book it again.

Liked: There was no air con we couldn't open the windows.only a tiny bit it was sweltering on the room.and corridors top floor 7..a.huge noisy fan was left on for us but did nothing but push warm air around the room woke.up.soaking wet...couldn't even leave fan on all.night as it was a metal 8ndustrial style fan which.spunded like.an aeroplane taking off
