Rip off!!!!!!

Liked: the location
Disliked: Was put in a "cinema room" which is in the basement with no window. This was not mentioned when booking. Asked to be moved was told in no uncertain manner this was not possible. This room was the same price as a room with a view, complete rip off!!!

Liked: Great central location, nice looking well maintained rooms with everything you need in them
Disliked: The street noise in the night was crazy. Music and live singing coming from 3 different venues. I was traveling with a child. If I'd been there to party would have been fine. Didn't stop to well after midnight (it was a Saturday night), fridge didn't work and mould around Bath

Disliked: Downstairs they play music very loud at weekends until late.

Liked: I like the way the staff treated us always with a smile it was my grand daughter birthday and she had a great time . We got tickets for 3 free drinks in their new bar I asked the bar staff would they sing happy birthday to my 16 year old grand daughter and the lad that came over done a great job . We are thinking of going back in sept for another birthday.Thanks to all the staff.
