Noisy, with few services.

Liked: I liked the free wifi, and the breakfast. The room was comfortably heated.
Disliked: The room was very noisy with intrusive noise from the street below and the staff were generally unenthusiastic. One member of staff did not answer a direct question. I arrived late, and for the amount of money I had spent on the room, I would have expected to be able to order food on room service. There was no option to do this and no response from reception about this. I had missed lunch and dinner because I was travelling, it was 11:30 at night, it was like a zoo in the streets and I was travelling alone. I did not get anything to eat until breakfast.

Lovely stay in a great...

Liked: Lovely hotel , very central if you are visiting Liverpool for shopping or a night out. Desk Staff are always extremely friendly, chatty and helpful .
Disliked: I don’t mind the noise , it’s a great atmosphere- but if you want peace then be mindful this hotel is very close to late night music venues and bars . Room has shower and I prefer a bath

Modern, stylish & spacious

Liked: Nice & spacious apartment, friendly & quick check in.- A desk fan! Much needed for someone who sleeps with one, so that made up the place having no A/C- Stylish and modern bathroom with a high pressure, hot shower - Super comfy bed
Disliked: Can't really fault anything, other the location of being by bars, but that's not the hotel's fault. That's something you know of before you book.

Very good
