I’d stay here again any...

Liked: Very central location close to public transport and sightseeing destinations. Able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. Apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. My only request would be some more towel rails in the bathroom. Gym very well equipped (could benefit from some more hand weights but had some excellent machines that made it stand out from most hotel gyms). If it had a sauna or steam room it would get 10/10.
Disliked: It was excellent. As above, would be even better with more towel rails in the bathroom and a sauna or steam room in the gym.

Liked: Sparkling water dispenser was great. Location was very central and within walking distance of the activities we wanted to do. The bedding was nice, and the bath products, although frustratingly limited, were very nice.
Disliked: The room was mostly clean, but the floor was dirty - including toenail clippings that’s weren’t from us. The bed was falling apart, which made it unsteady, and it would shake when either of us moved. The coffee system is ok, but the scale/timer was out of batteries, and they only give you enough coffee beans for the first day - then you’re on your own. The bath products are really nice, but once you run out, you’re on your own. If we had known ahead of time, we would have planned for that rather than having to take time out of our vacation to go buy these things. There was not a bath mat, which is needed for the tile floor, and they are stingy with towels and wash cloths, especially considering they don’t get replaced unless you’re there for more than a week. The windows were really dirty on the outside, which I know is starting to sound finicky, but in combination with the dirty floor, it didn’t feel super clean. We expected more based on the ratings. It bills itself as providing a luxury stay, but it doesn’t feel luxurious. In all, it was “fine.” But “fine” wasn’t the experience we were looking for. We wished we would have stayed elsewhere.
