Interesting but for the money...

Liked: Decor good!
Disliked: Too expensive especially as breakfast was not included and at 25€ a breakfast, how many croissants can you eat for that.

Excellent accommodation in Vienna!

Liked: Excellent location, very helpful staff, peace and quiet to work
Disliked: Nothing, is was perfect

All in all, I think...

Liked: The room was fairly clean, the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The air conditioning was too noisy and was not even cooling the room given the discomfort it was causing. Opening the windows was better option although the neighbourhood was not calm at nights and again would cause noise discomfort especially if the guests are sleeping. Furthermore, the big douche in the cabin was not fixed and the moment the water was turned on it fell on me causing severe pain. The staff was not quick to react after my complaint, moreover took no responsibility whatsoever claiming that “this is the first time it happened”. The receptionist put it in place but no technician was invited to assess the situation.

Good

Disliked: The pillows in my room were very uncomfortable. They were very thin, had to use 2 together to put my head down somehow.Breakfast until 10am but at 9.40am I was told they couldn't offer anything. I think a simple sandwich and a cup of tea could have been found. Before checking out, I took my things to the car, came back to the room and it was already being cleaned, although I hadn't checked out yet.

I would definitely recommend this...

Liked: Location and neighborhood were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding (even for kids).
Disliked: There was no fridge/minibar in the room which is not so comfortable when you travel with young kids.
