Superb

This is great value and...

Liked: Easy to find and clear instructions by telephone with the owner / manager. Both fresh bottle of water and coffee/ tea facilities along with a comfortable bed. This was very good value for money. The location was extremely good and we found the peasants tavern with the most friendly staff and nice beer
Disliked: It had scaffolding outside but this didn’t affect the use of the room

Good budget accommodation in North...

Liked: Nice large clean room with en suite. Tea and coffee provided, and a fridge. The fan was a real blessing in the unbearable heat. A great central location in the heart of North Walsham.
Disliked: I didn’t have much success with the WiFi, and the bed too soft for me, otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Liked: I have stayed before. It is ideal for one or two nights and close to my friend who I was visiting for the weekend
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Clean good parking good location wifi only a fridge would be good as no food available
Disliked: No food and no fridge

Pleasant stay in an easily...

Liked: Free parking, great location near takeaways and cafes, bed was extremely comfortable, had a dressing table.
Disliked: The only downside was the light from the emergency exit sign at night made a little difficult to get to sleep, and the curtains + blind combination weren't great for this time of year. A lot of light was coming through by 5.30am which was enough to wake me up
