Poor

Liked: Once we have moved the room, nil issues. Clean and comfy room. Good room service. Food was very nice.
Disliked: We were initially assigned to a newly renovated room, which was quite empty. Unfortunately, one of the wall mirrors was broken, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. To make matters worse, it took the hotel approximately two hours to relocate us to another room. As a gesture of goodwill, they provided us with a voucher for a drink to compensate for the inconvenience caused, but we had to pay for it during our checkout.

Liked: Check in was pretty smooth, rooms are okay
Disliked: part of the hotel building was closed for renovations, thus you might hear a bit of noisethe room size is a bit small and that might be due to the design of the washing area and the bath tubcorridors are so dark which does not give you the feeling of a luxury despite the hotel is 4-5 starsparking lot is bit expensive, i remember paying around 4 euros for less than 30 minutes parking!!! this definitely should be free for the hotel guests

Not a bad hotel but...

Liked: Very friendly staff.
Disliked: A very tired property. The long hair rug hasn’t been changed in 10 years or more, so one can only imagine what’s in there. Cleanliness sub par - quite dusty and very dirty extraction unit in bathroom.

My go-to in Munich! Hard...

Liked: Clean and well designed. Very comfortable FIRM mattress - I appreciate.
Disliked: Wifi patchy and not reliable. Frustrating
