Value for money, lovely staff.

Liked: The service was on another level. The staff is so friendly and service-oriented, feels like a friend. Always with a smile and willing to help. The hotel is nicely designed, with the small details in mind. The Japanese restaurant is fantastic. The room was very spacious (but take into consideration that the twin beds are tiny).
Disliked: They were renovating the lobby while we were staying there.

Disliked: The location meant an uber or tram into town, a single small bar, poor storage in rooms, work taking place in hotel and contractors carrying waste through corridors and lifts significantly impacting cleanliness.

Liked: design cool and looks chic.
Disliked: Breakfast v expensive. Very noisy as there was building work going on so struggled to find a place to work - especially since there was no table in my room. Lobby felt chaotic. Style over substance.
