It was a joy to stay in this home-from-home hotel and I would definitely go back there!

Liked: The room was great!

Very good

Liked: Loft room ideal for kids. Great customer service and location. Rooms were same as advertised.
Disliked: The room was generally clean but could of been more clean. Ceiling had some cobwebs and the floor was a little dirty.

Lovely hotel, could be brilliant

Liked: Beautiful rooms and facilities, hotel is very modern and clean.
Disliked: Staff were lacking on information and inattentive, breakfast looked great but slow and not cooked as well as we’d been expecting given prior reviews. Parking: I checked this prior as have a big (long estate) but note that the car park is tight, and one customer literally rested their car door against my car whilst getting stuff out the car. Difficult to manoeuvre if fuller though there is alternative parking nearby,

Liked: Great for our family with 2 small children. Kitchen facilities to make meals and bottlesVery close to Paulton Park and Southampton City centre.
Disliked: Beds could be a bit more comfortable
