It was a joy to stay in this home-from-home hotel and I would definitely go back there!

Liked: The room was great!
Disliked: Shower a bit lukewarm and noisy air conditioning.

Bad smell and TV didn’t...

Liked: Location. Convenient to Oxford Street restaurant row. Kitchenette. Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Bad smell in room—combination of garbage and musty. TV didn’t work, even when staff tried to help. Staff submitted a request with management for a partial refund because of the TV, but so far I have heard nothing. So apparently they are not treating this with urgency.

Liked: We liked the late check out, although we left very early, the radio was on with some nice jazz in the room when I arrived. Spotlessly clean, good service, highly recommended.

Outstanding!

Liked: We reserved twin bed. They didn't have it, so they gave us another room free of charge! How cool is that? This hotel really cares for their guests and they show this every moment. We definitely recommend!

Overall a convenient location, rooms...

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, comfortable beds. Welcoming. Easy parking. Bar/coffee/lounge.
Disliked: Food was disappointing. Lots of items on menu unavailable. Average food. Music a little crazy in the evening.

Perfect stay!!

Liked: All the staff was lovely, especially Juila when we arrived!! Such a relaxed atmosphere as soon as you step into the place.We had the loft room, which we all thought was amazing.
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect
