Comfortable, convenient - a real...

Liked: Great kitchen facilities, super shower and overall, super comfortable room. The staff are ever-smiling & helpful and the coffee at Winnie's, super. A great location, too.
Disliked: Our first room -we had been warned, so not their fault- had no windows. We were changed asap and it made such a difference.

Overall very pleasant stay. Would...

Liked: Very nice decoration and cozy rooms. Very close to underground station as well as many restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood and the park nearby was exceptionally nice and family friendly.
Disliked: The airconditioner was working well but was making loud crack noises which disturbs sleep at night.The showerhead height was not adjustable

Perfect location and more co...

Liked: Space, location, decor, comfort and environmental consideration. The Lounge room was spot on for my mother and I to stay for Wimbledon. Close to restaurants and the flower market. I was sceptical as usually stay in bigger, well known London hotels but this was better! Take my word for it!
Disliked: Teeny point but a dishcloth to wipe around the kitchen would have been so handy. Extra bonus would have been a coffee machine of any sort - great to have the instant available but nothing beats the real thing.

Liked: The room was clean and bigger than expected. It was wonderful that they were so eco-conscious.
Disliked: There were no vegan options for the restaurant downstairs and the included breakfast
