Amazing

Liked: Let us check in at 10.30am and 2pm check out is standard. Great location. Live singer always on in the bar. Rooms well equipped and attractive. Lovely bedding and towels

Liked: Nice room great location.
Disliked: They demanded a £50 extra security fee at check in, not advertised anywhere where I booked.Room has a constant and loud fan/air conditioning that can't be turned off. Very loud.No cups or mugs for coffee in a studio room with kitchen facilities, laughable really.Check out is apparently 2 but twice staff entered the room unannounced,, once at 12 and again at 1 asking if I was "staying another night"

Liked: Everything from start to finish. My stay was perfect!The staff went above and beyond for me, they were so helpful and kind. They really made my stay a fantastic one!The rooms and food were amazing. The hotel was so clean. The room was lovely and very comfortable. I can't wait to come back!
